Manuel Oliver Rueda

Manuel Oliver is a Fulbright and “la Caixa” Scholar, organizational consultant, coach, and public speaker who integrates illusionism as an engaging and reflective tool to spark insight and learning. With graduate training from Columbia University and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, he helps organizations strengthen leadership, inclusion, and culture while fostering environments where people and performance thrive.

He has collaborated with more than 100 organizations across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, reaching over 35,000 professionals and 300 leaders. His experience spans corporate, education, and community sectors, supporting clients including Inditex, Accenture, Porcelanosa, Santillana, Sabadell Bank, and Heineken USA. Guided by curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, Manuel combines coaching, organizational psychology, and adult learning with a creative yet rigorous approach. He creates experiences that inspire reflection, strengthen connection, and drive meaningful, lasting change for people and organizations.
