The 5th Biennial International Columbia Coaching Conference, held October 14–16, 2025, explored the theme "High Impact Coaching in an Era of Hybrid Intelligence." 

Hosted by Columbia University’s Columbia Coaching Learning Association, and delivered by the Conference Leadership Team, the event brought together global leaders, practitioners, executives and scholars to explore how Hybrid Intelligence (Human + AI) is transforming leadership, talent development, organizational effectiveness and the future of work.

The program agenda featured an impressive lineup of keynotes and presenters, concurrent track sessions (paper presentations, experiential learning and coaching demonstrations), panels, fireside chats and laser talks.
