Her expertise sits at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, international human resources, and organization development. As the leader of the Hogan Coaching Network (HCN), she provides direction and designs assessment-based coaching solutions to pair world-class executive coaches with clients. With a passion for cross-cultural work, Tami has been invited to teach, speak, and share her experiences and research findings globally. Tami is an ICF-certified coach (PCC) and a certified administrator of several leadership development and global mindset inventories.
