Michael P. Wright, EdD is Learning Executive at FM, where he leads enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent strategy initiatives that enable a high-performance and inclusive culture. He brings more than three decades of experience across industries and organizations including Microsoft, Starbucks, and Bank of Montreal. Previously, he served as Vice President of Diversity and Health Equity at Northwell Health, where he founded the Inclusion Academy and advanced systemwide equity initiatives. Dr. Wright is also an adjunct professor at Hofstra University and co-author of Reigniting the Human Connection (Forbes Books, 2021).
