The 3rd International Columbia Coaching Conference, held from October 17–19, 2018, at Columbia University, focused on the theme "Systemic Coaching: Whole-Person | Whole-Organization Engagement." 

This event brought together over 400 global coaching professionals, scholars, and practitioners to explore how coaching can drive transformation at both individual and organizational levels. The conference featured paper presentations, experiential learning sessions, coaching demonstrations, and panel discussions, all aimed at deepening the impact of coaching in a rapidly changing world. 

A notable outcome of the conference was the publication of a special issue in the Philosophy of Coaching journal, which compiled selected papers and insights from the event, further contributing to the academic discourse on systemic coaching.
