Archana Bharathan is a trusted leadership strategist, a global executive coach and organizational psychology practitioner. Her expertise in adaptive leadership, adult development, and systems thinking, equips CXOs and senior executives, VC-backed startup founders and government leaders to transform high stakes challenges into leadership success. As a strategic thought partner, she advises her clients on concrete ways to build cultures that deliver stronger performance, scale with integrity, and thrive through disruption. Archana has worked at the highest levels of leadership development, designing, teaching and facilitating executive education programs for institutions including MIT, Wharton, Yale, Columbia Business School, and UC Berkeley, shaping the leadership of more than 50,000 executives across six continents. Archana is a Columbia University certified and ICF-PCC executive coach. She is also a member of Forefront powered by MG100 Coaches. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics & International Relations from the University of Michigan and is an alumna of The Wharton School and the London School of Economics.
