Jennifer D. Morgan is a visionary leader, award-winning coach, and keynote speaker who empowers organizations to elevate communication and presentation skills for measurable impact. As the CEO and Founder of Connective Communication, LLC, Jennifer partners with top-tier organizations to transform how leaders, teams, and individuals connect, influence, and inspire.

With over 15 years of global experience spanning 16+ countries and a background in finance and technology training, Jennifer has coached more than 45,000 professionals to achieve real-time results. Most notably, during her decade at JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management, she served as a Sales Coach and Global Head of Technology Training, where she directly contributed to closing multi-billion-dollar deals by equipping revenue-generating teams with advanced communication and deal closing strategies.

Certified in Executive & Leadership Coaching from Columbia University and holding an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Coaching Certificate (ACC), Jennifer combines cutting-edge research with her BA in Communication and Public Relations from Western Washington University to partner with others to be the best version of their presenting selves.

She is the author of her debut book: Hearts, Minds & Wallets: The Thin Book That Closes Gigantic Deals. It is the success playbook that is punctuated by professional autobiographical (true) stories.
