Julia is a certified Executive Coach and the Founder of Sirmio Inc., specializing in supporting C-Suite executives, leaders, and teams to achieve measurable outcomes by optimizing performance, building resilience, and navigating complexity with clarity and focus. With 30 years of experience leading high-performing teams, serving on multiple boards, and coaching executives, Julia brings a unique blend of strategic insight and real-world expertise to her work.

Her approach combines leadership experience with evidence-based coaching practices, focusing on both individual and team growth, and a deep understanding of neuroscience, as demonstrated in her publication, Thriving in Uncertainty: Neuroscience Applications for Coaches and Leaders. Julia works across industries including financial services, technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, education, and nonprofits, crafting tailored strategies to unlock potential and drive success.

Julia's leadership career included roles as COO of Global Equities Trading, COO of Global Equity Derivatives, and Americas Risk Officer at Bankers Trust, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays, where she successfully led multi-billion-dollar teams through complex transformations and strategic initiatives.

Julia graduated from NYU Stern School of Business and earned the Professional Executive Coach Certification from Columbia University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Advanced Coach in Neuroscience for High Performance (Neurozone®), and is certified in Hogan and NBI Thinking Preferences Assessments. Julia is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200).
