Dr. Ruohao (Lancer) Chen is a researcher, Adjunct Assistant Professor, and coach at Teachers College, Columbia University. He holds an Ed.D. from Teachers College and focuses on strategic learning, transformative leadership, and career development. Drawing on experiential learning, strategic thinking, and coaching psychology, he helps mid-career professionals, educators, and emerging leaders navigate complexity and bring positive impact to people around them. He has led cross-border learning communities and designed development programs across cultures. Ruohao is also the founder of Education for Growth, a global platform where 10,000+ educators and practitioners exchange ideas on adult development, and a consulting firm specialized in leadership development in Guangzhou, China.
