Megan Myungwon Lee is the Executive Officer and Group Regional Head for Panasonic in North America, serving as Chairperson and CEO of Panasonic Corporation of North America. With over 30 years at Panasonic, she has led strategic growth, business innovation, and human resources transformation across both U.S. and Japan operations. Megan previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Corporate Planning and currently sits on several boards including the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation. She holds a degree in Industrial Art Design from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea. Megan is an alum of The Columbia Certification Program (3CP)!
