Dr. Jonathan Kirschner is the Founder and CEO of AIIR Consulting, a global executive coaching and leadership development firm, and AIIR Analytics, a leadership assessment and analytics organization. Both companies help organizations outperform through exceptional leadership. Jonathan developed the AIIR® Method, numerous assessment tools, and AIIR's Coaching Zone® technology platform. In addition to his role as CEO, he is an executive coach for CEOs, and he regularly speaks, researches, and writes on the topic of leadership. Jonathan holds a BA in Psychology and Religion from NYU and a Doctorate in Clinical and Business Psychology from Widener University.
