Session Overview

The 2025 5th Biennial Columbia Coaching Conference explores the future of “coaching in the emerging era of Hybrid Intelligence”—the intersection of human and artificial intelligence.

Our panel discussions offer a dynamic peer-learning experience designed to foster insightful dialogue. Through a holistic approach of “head, heart, and hand,” these sessions will explore real-world coaching applications across individuals, dyads, teams, and organizations.
