Join our learning community of professional coaches, academics, researchers, coach educators and trainers, scholar practitioners, and members of the broader talent development community where we’ll explore and critically examine the central question: How do we move towards the edge of our understanding of what coaching is, and co-create what it could be?

Professor Tatiana Bachkirova

Tatiana is a Professor of Coaching Psychology and Co-Director of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University. She also leads an internationally renowned program of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision.

Tatiana is a recognized author, international speaker, active researcher, and holder of many achievement awards from various professional bodies for her distinguished contribution to coaching and coaching supervision.

We are pleased to re-open the 4th International Columbia Coaching Conference’s call-for-proposals. As a conference community, we invite you to be a part of the next bi-annual event to continue our prior conversations, where we explored Space as Context for Executive and Organizational Coaching (2014); The Future of Coaching: Building Bridges and Expanding Boundaries (2016); and “Systemic Coaching: Whole-Person | Whole-Organization Engagement (2018). In 2020 we will push the boundaries even further to explore emerging frontiers!

Call for Proposals: Re-opens January 21st, 2021 | Closes April 15th, 2021.
Notifications: Decision June 10th, 2021.
Presentation Materials: Due September 16th, 2021.
Presenter Registration: All accepted presenters will receive a conference registration discount. Final date to register to receive this discount is July15th, 2021

Now accepting expressions of interest for Program Content Reviewers

Do you want to play an active role in making the 4th International Columbia Coaching Conference the best to date? Sign up to become a volunteer for the critical role of a Program and Content Reviewer.

The 2021 Conference Leadership Team is seeking a number of Content Reviewers for one of the three concurrent session tracks: (1) Papers; (2) Coaching Demonstrations; and (3) Experiential Learning Sessions. The Reviewers will work closely with our Program Committee Sub-chairs.
